It is interesting when you become aware of a trend on the horizon. And
in this case, it would be Loose Leaf Tea. As a Tea Ambassador for a
company called Zhi Tea, I find that it is a goal of mine to be the go to
person in Chicago for Organic Loose Tea. The same way someone would be
if they represented an importer of fine wine. Seeing that there are different wine varietals such as Cabernet
Sauvignon, or Pinot Noir for example, I would love to find Connoisseurs
of unique beverages in the Chicago Metropolitan area. The idea is, you
have a Beverage Menu that can potentially become more of a unique
offering to people looking for something different and new. Bartenders, and Mixologists for example know how to make Tea Cocktails.
And this style of beverage making, I've noticed is on the rise. I
strongly believe that it is possible to attract Restaurant Owners and
Beverage Directors that value delicacies. And would love the idea of
adding rare Teas such as Ambrosia, Dragon Phoenix Jasmine Pearls,
Ancient Forest, or even Berry Hibiscus to their Menu.
If you are an owner of a Bar or Restaurant in Chicago, how do you prefer to be approached about adding new options to your Menu? As a rising Connoisseur of fine Tea, I have two Goals. My first goal is to serve the role as Tea Ambassador. With an agenda to upgrade Beverage Menus so that they have a section devoted to Rare Organic Loose Leaf Teas of the Gourmet quality. My second Goal is to then become the 'Go To' person for Gourmet Loose Leaf Tea in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. If you are interested in tasting some rare Teas, with the idea being you may also want to open an account with a Tea Importer, please think of Zhi Tea.
